Privacy Policy
Blown Away Hair Salon respects your privacy and the security of your personal information. Any information collected for the purpose of securing an appointment or purchasing a gift card will be kept in a secure database. We do not share any of your personal information with any third parties. Information received is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requests and to keep our customer database updated.
Services Policy
At Blown Away Hair Salon, guest satisfaction is our ultimate goal. The standard and quality of the services we provide is our highest priority, and services are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a service challenge, you must notify us within three days of service completion, and allow us the opportunity to correct the service within 14 days.
Blown Away Hair Salon will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home color products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Blown Away Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Blown Away Hair Salon, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Canceling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice impacts Blown Away Hair Salon and the opportunity to service other guests. We understand the sudden emergencies of life that require cancellation of your appointment. Therefore we have developed a policy that is sensitive to our guest’s lives and enforces a policy based on not just one cancellation, but two (2) cancellations.
In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services.
No Shows
More than one (1) No Show will be handled the same as cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled services. This will be enforced on your next scheduled visit.
In either event the guest must pay their Cancellation fee or No Show fee in order to be able to book future appointments.
Retail Return Policy & Services received
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with services received at Blown Away Hair Salon, please contact us within 72 hours of your service. We will be happy to address any concern that you may have. Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:
1. Services received cannot be refunded, however we will offer alternative solutions to try remedy any challenge.
2. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at Blown Away Hair Salon, we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases or salon services.
3. Refunds of products will only be considered if presented within 30 days of purchase.
4. Refunds of products can only be processed with receipt.
